The Northline story
Born from a frustration with raincoats that quit.

American Raincoat was founded by people who spent too many days soaked through bargain shells on trails, commutes, and job sites. We knew the materials existed to do better. We knew the craft existed to do better. So we built Northline.

Every jacket is assembled in the United States, using seam-sealed waterproof fabrics rated for real weather. We use YKK hardware throughout, reinforced stitching at every stress point, and a fit that works whether you're on a trail or a city block.
